Increased Energy Inspiration Impact |
Entrepreneurs are driven. Successful entrepreneurs have learned the value of increasing their impact and staying-power by harnessing that innate drive and using it to fuel not only their businesses, but also to fuel their passion for life. And what stokes the coals of that passion? The continual rejuvenation of energy through the cultivation of personal health. Learn how to increase mental clarity and physical energy by leveraging the power of nutrition, sleep, and right-use of stress.
The same drive that has fueled the manifestation of your business can also be used to rejuvenate your passion for your life. This presentation explores:
- Experiencing “brain fog”? Foods that should be on your plate every day (and food-like substances that shouldn't!)
- “You snooze you lose”? Heck no. Why the brightest people don't cheat sleep
- Stepping into stress: how to harness the power of stress to fuel creativity and immense productivity
-Your Life by DESIGN, Not Deferment (3 - 4 hours)
DESIGN is a multi-component life-visioning, goal-setting and manifestation process. Your life—what you have accomplished or failed to accomplish in the past, the projects and goals you’re working on now, and the dreams you have for the future—is a story. YOUR story. And since we cannot create what we’re not able to see, now is the time to start writing your story the way you intend to live it.
Most health-related changes fail to stick not because people aren’t motivated to change, but because they haven’t yet figured out for what change they are motivated. DESIGN is a six-part process that gets to the root of what you are intrinsically motivated to do. This process has been developed to guide you to examine obstacles and lead you to the creation of systems that support your success. The six elements to this workshop are:
Define What Works
Establish a Practice
Story Telling
Identify Gremlins
Grow Support
