Organizational Health and Productivity Assements:
Health Capital Assessment
This 30-question assessment is foundational to identifying where your health capital—and that of your employees—is being impacted. Results yield an overall health capital score, as well as individual scores for sleep, nutrition, stress, exercise, and life engagement. Assessment can be administered individually as the starting point for one-on-one coaching, or as a keystone for an organizational health capital management program. Results are confidential and employees’ individual results will not be disclosed to organizations. It is recommended that this assessment be administered at 3-6 month intervals to support employees and organizations to monitor progress towards increasing individual and organizational health capital.

Productivity Analysis
Poor employee health can have direct impact on overall organizational productivity. Both employee absenteeism (missing work due to injury or illness) as well as presenteeism (being at work but less productive due to injury or illness) affects organizational culture and profit. This productivity analysis uses a validated self-report instrument to help your organization assess the impact that lost productivity is having on your employees and your bottom line.

SWOT Analysis
This comprehensive investigative process and strategic planning model identifies current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your organization’s health promotion efforts. It is a keystone process that lays the foundation for a results-oriented program based on: organizational demographics, benefits structure, current wellness offerings, communications/marketing infrastructure, and organizational culture and environment. It also identifies your organization’s access to important data such as health care claims, health risk assessment, and absenteeism. Information gathered from this investigative process is summarized in a written report that outlines both short-term priorities and long-term program design recommendations.

Population Health Dashboards
Similar to the dashboard in a car, a health dashboard highlights what is working well and what needs attention for optimal organizational performance. Based on data from a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment administered to employees (including biometric data as well as self-reported data on lifestyle, coping mechanisms, genetic risk factors, etc.), health dashboards provide powerful information to support targeted programmatic and organizational cultural changes.

Employee Needs Assessment
This questionnaire will help your organization determine its cultural climate with regards to employee wellness. It assesses employees’ wants, perceptions, willingness to pay for program offerings, willingness to travel for program offerings, etc. This assessment communicates a positive message about your organization’s intent to create a program that addresses both organizational needs and employee desires. The Employee Needs Assessment will be tailored to the specific concerns for your organization. The assessment will be implemented on-line and aggregate reports and summary will be provided.
