”Kristin’s insight and passion for helping entrepreneurs’ draw energy from great health to the demanding pull of the entrepreneurial spirit is required for sustainable success. I enjoyed the energy of the presentation and ongoing lessons from the materials. I value how I have been able to apply what I learned about myself right away from not needing my alarm to changing out some food we thought was real to what is real. I feel great! I recommend Kristin’s workshops without hesitation!”
